Compliance
Call recording your compliance team can stand behind
Per-department rules, tamper-evident hashes, retention and legal hold.
How it works
Recording is set per department: off, on with the caller's consent, or always on. Each recording is encrypted, stored in India, and hashed when it is saved, so any later change to the file can be detected.
Retention runs per department and deletes on schedule unless a legal hold is placed on a call or a client. Every playback and download is written to the audit log.
What's included
- Off, on with consent, or always on, set per department.
- Encrypted at rest, with a write-once storage option.
- Retention per department; legal hold per call or per client overrides deletion.
- Search by date, agent, mobile or client code. Every playback is audit-logged.
Questions about compliance-grade recording
How long are recordings kept?
As long as you set for each department. Recordings are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period, unless a legal hold applies.
Who can listen to recordings?
Users whose role allows it, such as Compliance, which is read-only. Each playback or download is logged with the user and the time.
